Who is this for?

It's for people who've been pointed this way by Liam Walsh. That's why there's no public page for it. You'll only find it through the link you've been given.

How many emails can I send?

Up to 10,000 a month are included in the price. Unused emails don't roll over to the next month. If you send more than that, the extra gets billed on top.

Who do I talk to about my account?

What's the difference between monthly and yearly?

Nothing, apart from how you pay. Monthly is £49 every month. Yearly is £490 paid once, which works out at two months free.
